Do you have Commission Questions?

Please fill out the form below only if you have a Commission question about a particular booking that is posted in your Commission Reporting Wizard.  Do not use this form for questions about documents or general questions.

Your 7 digit Agent ID # can be found on the agent site (ex. 90xxxxx) when you log-in or if you have a consumer website, the Consumer ID # (ex. PLS000xxxx), which is different, appears on the bottom of your consumer homepage. 


Regardless if the booking was made either by telephone or online you will have to fill out a CBS Form in order for the booking to appear in your commission reporting wizard and for us to apply the commission to the booking.

You can search for ALL of your bookings by clicking on the Search button without entering any data in the fields on the Commission Reporting Wizard.

First check to see that we have actually have received the commission by calling the vendor.  Sometimes the vendor has not paid us and therefore you do not see any commission on file. 

Hotels & Car Bookings sometimes can be paid 30-90 days after the check-out date so no need to fill out this form, give it sometime before requesting us to research it.


If the booking was made online, please indicate which booking engine that you used to make the booking.  This helps us to track down the commissions by knowing this information.

The commission level could vary sometimes depending on the type of booking such as a lead in price which would pay out a lower commission level or an interline rate provided by the cruise line, so make sure before filling out the form.

Also depending on when we receive the commission, if close to the date of the 25th, the commission could be paid on the next month's payment cycle.  In addition, sometimes a vendor states that the payment was made to us, but in fact it was only processed by them and not actually received by us.  Most vendors do pay us via Direct Deposit but some still send us a check.  Please take that into account as well. 

Also if the Departure Date has just occurred, please give us a few days to reconcile the payments, which we do on a daily basis, so we may not have posted the payment yet.  Certain vendors also send us the commission backup on a monthly basis, therefore the commission will not be posted daily, such as Expedia.

If there is a commission recall, please contact the vendor directly for an explanation as they do not notify us of the reason why they have recalled the commission.

If the commission that is paid is not correct, please contact the vendor directly as we are entering the amount that we have received from vendor.  Sometimes if a change is made to the booking such as an an upgrade or you added services, the additional commission amount could be paid as a seperate payment later and we will apply once we receive it.  You should contact the vendor to double check as we do not know.
