Unclaimed Lost Bookings

We have a search engine that allows you to search for travel bookings that do not appear on your Commission Reporting Wizard either because you did not fill out a CBS Form and therefore we entered into the system as LOST or the agent tracking ID did not come across on the booking.

The system does not allow you to add a CBS Form if we add the booking into the system but it is entered as a LOST booking.  Therefore it is important to enter your CBS as you make the reservation.

Our CBS Fee Policy if you do not fill out a CBS Form. (will open in a separate window)

Instructions on Using the Search Engine:

Please fill in the Confirmation/Booking # in the field box and then click on the Search button.

  • If the booking comes up when you search, it means that we have the commission in-house and We have manually entered a CBS Form, but did not have your 7 digit Agent ID # (ex. 90xxxxx) to add to the booking.  In essence the booking is LOST in terms of payout.

The booking may show as paid out (line item is Green in Color), but the commission has not been paid to your agency since we did not have your 7 digit agent ID # and will apply your Agent ID # to the CBS Form once you fill out the form claiming the booking.  It will be paid out to your agency on the next payment cycle.

You will need to click on the magnifying glass   on the left hand side of the screen and fill in the travel details about the booking.  After you filled in the information, an email will be sent to us here and we will manually append to the booking your 7 digit Agent ID #.  The Agent ID # is in the form of 90xxxxx if booked on the agent portal site.

  • However, if the booking does not come up it means that either we do not have the booking on file or it is already in your commission reporting wizard program, so please check your Commission Reporting Wizard first to see if the booking is already there.

  • There are rare instances when the booking number is actually a duplicate booking number that has been used by a different vendor and therefore the system does not allow you to enter.  In this case you need to Click Here so we may manually fix the issue.
