If you have not accessed cruisingpower in the last 6 months your log-in
has been deleted by RCCL and therefore you will have to re-create a new log-in.
Listed below are the instructions to Self Register for access to www.cruisingpower.com that offer agents access to RCCL & Celebrity online booking engine as well as marketing materials.
However, you can still book via phone until your login is approved.
Even if you already have a login with these cruise lines on your own, maybe through another agency, you will need to Self Register a login under our phone number/CLIA # in order to earn our commission levels.

- You will initially Self Register for an account with RCCL & Celebrity by going to www.cruisingpower.com
- Use the Agency Phone # of 201-567-8808 to register for this engine. This number is only for registration purposes in setting up your login. Our main phone # is 201-567-8500. Sometimes when calling the cruise line they may ask you to provide this telephone number (201-567-8808) so please make note of it.
- However, when you create a login we will need to activate your account once we receive the email notification from RCCL that you have signed up. This email is not sent right away so there may be a delay in full activation.
- This activation process is Done Manually by us and therefore there is a delay in getting full access to the engine after you signup, but we will approve & activate your account ASAP.
- New Signup Procedures:
The Username must be unique and cannot have been used before. We recommend using your 7 digit Agent ID # (ex. 90xxxxx)
- The password must be between 8 -15 characters in length, can only contain letters (A-Z) and/or numbers (0-9), must contain at least one letter and one number, and cannot be the same as your username.
- If you have not accessed cruisingpower in the last 6 months your log-in may have been deleted by RCCL and therefore you will have to re-create a new log-in.
- In addition, if you had a previous Username, you will need to create a new one as their system will not allow you to use the same Username. You can use your 7 digit Agent ID # along with your initials, for example 90xxxxxDB to create a different Username.
