Please inform your clients that a combined $200,000 for medical, emergency evacuation and repatriation insurance is required for clients participating in a G Adventure.
G ADVENTURES ADJUSTS PRICING STRUCTURE TO INCLUDE "LOCAL ON-SITE PAYMENT"
All pricing on the G Adventures website will be constructed as follows: 2012 prices plus what used to be an amount payable by the customer in the destination.
Your commission will reflect the new pricing format so you will earn more!
For all existing bookings for which you have already secured space on deposit and advised pricing ( but not yet made final payment) you will have the option to obtain the additional amount from your client and make the "local payment" to G Adventures when final payment is due.
This would work is as follows:
- Agent emails/calls G Adventures advising that they will include the "local amount" in their final payment
- G Adventures then makes the change to the file and adjusts the new commission amount due to you
- G Adventures reissues the invoice reflecting the new pricing and emails advice accordingly
NOTE: New bookings will automatically include the "all inclusive" pricing as of 10/1/09.
