List the Vendor Login Request that you need and a preferred password. 

Keep in mind if the vendor allows up to provide the password, the format is usally at least 8 characters, a number, upper and lower case.

If you need logins for other vendors FIRST CHECK if you can Self Register on your own using our agency information.  You can also look at the pages of each vendor to see sign-up info.  If not, then list in the comments section.
