COMMISSION REPORTING WIZARD


Commission Payment is made on the 25th of every month unless noted.

CBS Fee Policy if a CBS Form is not filled out.


The Commission Reporting Wizard will display each booking that is made either on our Agent Portal Site or if have one through our company, on your Consumer Travel Website.  Remember that these bookings are reported separately and therefore, you will have to log-in to two different places to see those bookings.

The first screen that will display will be the Commission/Booking Search form.  There are many ways to search for a booking as you will see on the search page. 

To see all bookings just click on the search button without filling in any fields.

Once you click on the Search button, the bookings will display based on the variables filled out.  We will list the basic information in a spreadsheet format.  However, if you click on the magnifying glass to the left of each booking ID you can see additional booking information on that particular booking.  If you need to delete a booking, click on the trash can icon to the far right.  You can only a delete CBS form if there are no commissions on the booking.

Some booking stats are NOT in real-time.  It is updated as we receive data from our various third party vendors.  Therefore the commission column will be listed as $0.00 until we receive payment from the vendor.

  • As we receive commissions from a vendor, the Entry Display Line for that booking will turn ORANGE, noting that the commission is in-house waiting to be paid out. 
     
  • If the Entry Display Line is GREEN it means that the commission has been paid out to the agent via direct deposit. 
     
  • If the Entry Displaly Line is neither green or orange, it means that we have not yet received any commission from the vendor.

All payments made to vendors must be paid at the Gross Amount including your personal travel for any travel booked for family and friends.  We constantly monitor all activity going through your account and any agent not following this company policy will be put on a NO-Book status in our system.

In order to keep your account accurate, please delete any CBS entries where the reservation has cancelled.
