If the fare is a Published Fare (which will be noted) and you want to charge a
service fee, two charges will appear on the client's credit card; one from the
airline and one listed as HWT. There is a $5 admin fee (from Hariworld)
add-on and a 4% merchant fee charged on the total service fee.
For example if you add-on $20 plus the $5 Hariworld add-on (total of $25) then
the 4% merchant fee will be $1, leaving you with a total of $19.
If commissionable published fare then only one charged is listed.
For International Net Rates (will be noted) and you want to add a service fee
then only one charge will appear on the credit card.
No-caps on Mark-up but should not be more than 25% of fare.
You can use multiple credit cards for payment but will have to call it in offline.
