Prepaid transfers and pre-paid shore excursion packages are commissionable at 5%. Pre/post land packages and insurance are commissionable at 10%. Deviation fees, agent reduced rate travel, administrative and cancellation fees are not commissionable. All are excluded from the agreement.
Bookings that are cancelled within the 100% penalty period, providing full payment has been made, will be commissionable but will be excluded from any override program.

NOTE: Ensemble agents may only make bookings for residents of the United States and Canada.

All other international clients must be booked through travel agencies within their respective country of residence. Travel agencies making any bookings not in compliance with this policy will forfeit those bookings and the corresponding commission.

NOTE:
The final balance on deposited bookings must be paid on or before the final payment date to avoid cancellation. Below you will find the payment schedule advised both at time of booking and printed in the European and Winter Collection catalogs:

Cruises 20 Days or Longer: Final payment needs to be received no later than 151 days prior to cruise departure.
Cruises 19 Days or Less:
Final payment needs to be received no later than 91 days prior to cruise departure.

Missing the final payment date will result in cancellation of the booking. The final payment or balance due date is shown on every invoice that is provided and is also advised at time of booking. Additionally, a final payment notice is sent via fax and email to the agent of record approximately 10 days prior to the final payment date. There is also the option to set up the credit card used for deposit to automatically charge the balance on the date it is due.
